KYC, AML and Source of Funds
- Verification obligations: In line with UKGC and AML regulations, we will verify your identity, age and address and may request documents such as a passport or ID card, proof of address, and evidence of source of funds or wealth.
- Document checks: You agree to provide requested documentation promptly and in a clear and legible format. Until verification is completed, we may restrict deposits, Bets, bonuses and withdrawals.

- Unauthorised access: You are responsible for all Bets and activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, unless we have failed to take reasonable care and such failure can be shown to have contributed to the misuse.
- Notification: You must inform us immediately if you suspect that your Account details have been compromised, or if any unauthorised activity occurs, using the contact methods set out in the "Contact Information" section.
Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gambling
- Self-exclusion tools: We provide responsible gambling tools (including deposit limits, reality checks and self-exclusion) described at https://khip.bet/responsible-gaming. You are encouraged to use these tools if you feel your gambling may be problematic.
- GamStop (Great Britain): As required by the UKGC, we participate in the GamStop self-exclusion scheme. If you self-exclude via GamStop, we will take reasonable steps to prevent you from using your Account on the Website during the period of self-exclusion.
- Accuracy of self-exclusion: You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information you provide to GamStop and to us is accurate and consistent so that we can correctly implement self-exclusion.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Offer and acceptance: A Bet is accepted when it is confirmed by our servers and appears in your Account's transaction history. A Bet may be rejected or voided if placed in breach of these Terms or due to an error.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game or Bet type may have minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed on the Website or within the Game interface. You must not attempt to place Bets outside the published limits.
- Game rules: Specific rules for individual Games or products (including live casino) form part of these Terms. In the event of inconsistency, the specific Game rules prevail for that Game.
Modification, Cancellation and Errors
- No unilateral changes: Once a Bet is placed and accepted, you cannot change or cancel it. You are responsible for checking that your Bet details are correct before confirming.
- Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at odds or conditions that are clearly incorrect due to a technical, human or systems error, we may declare the Bet void and return the stake, or settle it at the correct terms that should reasonably have applied.
- Interrupted play: If a Game is interrupted due to a technical failure after you have placed a Bet, the outcome recorded on our servers will prevail. Where the Game cannot be resumed or the outcome cannot be determined, the Bet may be voided and the stake returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and the Website
- Respectful behaviour: You must not use abusive, defamatory, obscene, racist, sexist or otherwise offensive language in live casino chats, game messages, usernames or any other communication on the Website.
- No collusion or cheating: You must not engage in collusion with other players, use bots or automated tools, exploit software bugs, manipulate outcomes, or otherwise attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
- Fraud and misuse: We may suspend or close your Account, void Bets and withhold or return funds where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of stolen payment methods or other serious misconduct.
Technical Standards and Fairness
- Randomness: Games on the Website use random number generators (RNGs) or live dealing systems that are tested and certified by independent bodies where required by the UKGC and MGA.
- Records and logs: Our records of all transactions, Bets and Game outcomes will be final and conclusive in the event of any dispute about a Bet or the outcome of a Game, subject to your right to raise a complaint and, if necessary, refer the matter to ADR.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Separate bonus terms: All Bonuses are subject to these Terms and any specific conditions published on the promotions page at https://khip.bet/promotions/bonus-terms. In case of conflict, specific promotion terms prevail.
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted by jurisdiction, payment method, player segment, or other criteria. We may withhold or withdraw a Bonus where you do not meet eligibility conditions.
- Bonus balances: Real Money and Bonus Balances are maintained separately. Unless stated otherwise, Real Money is wagered before Bonus funds.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Turnover obligations: Bonuses (including free spins winnings) usually carry wagering requirements, expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount, deposit amount, or both (e.g. 35x Bonus). These requirements must be met before associated Bonus funds can be converted to Real Money and withdrawn.
- Contribution of Games: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while some table or live Games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded. Specific contribution tables are set out in the promotion details.
- Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and related wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion, which will not be earlier than 1 January 2025 for any new or updated offers. Bonuses not used or wagering not completed within the stated period will lapse.
Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Irregular play: You must not engage in betting patterns or strategies that are designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (for example, equal betting on red/black, low/high, or hedging bets across outcomes where substantial coverage of the betting market is achieved).
- Multiple accounts and identities: Opening multiple Accounts, colluding with other players, or using third-party payment methods to claim the same Bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and may lead to cancellation of Bonuses, voiding of winnings and closure of Accounts.
- Maximum bet while wagering: Some promotions may impose a maximum allowed Bet while wagering Bonus funds. Placing Bets in excess of this limit may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
Combining Promotions
- No automatic combination: Bonuses and promotions cannot generally be combined. Where multiple offers are active, the order of application and interaction between them will be determined and explained in the specific bonus conditions.
- Cashbacks, loyalty and VIP: Cashback or loyalty rewards may be credited as Bonus funds or Real Money. Where credited as Bonus funds, they are subject to the specific wagering or expiry conditions stated in the relevant promotion.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods
- Permitted methods in Great Britain: Subject to availability, we may accept deposits from players in Great Britain via debit cards, bank transfer and certain e-wallets or payment services that comply with UK regulations. Credit card gambling is prohibited and will not be accepted.
- Methods outside Great Britain: For players under the MGA licence (outside Great Britain), additional payment methods, including selected e-wallets and, where permitted, certain cryptocurrencies, may be offered. Any such methods will be clearly listed on the Website for eligible players.
- Third-party payments: You may only deposit funds from payment instruments held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, business accounts or shared accounts may be rejected or reversed and may trigger enhanced verification.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal method: Wherever reasonably possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the same method used for deposit, subject to legal, regulatory and technical constraints.
- Processing times: We aim to review withdrawal requests promptly. Internal processing usually takes place within a reasonable period, after which the timing of receipt depends on your payment provider. Some withdrawals may be delayed by KYC checks or regulatory reviews.
- Verification before payout: We may require you to complete identity, address and source of funds checks before processing withdrawals. Failure to supply requested documents may lead to cancellation or suspension of withdrawal requests until the checks are satisfied.
Limits, Fees and Refunds
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Website or during the payment process. We may adjust limits in line with regulatory obligations or internal risk policies.
- Fees: The Operator may charge fees for processing certain deposits or withdrawals, or your payment provider may impose its own charges. Any Operator fees will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
- Refunds and chargebacks: Deposits are considered used as soon as they are wagered. We are generally under no obligation to refund deposits simply because you change your mind or experience losses. Unauthorised payment disputes or chargebacks may lead to suspension of your Account and recovery of costs.
Player Funds Protection and Insolvency
- Segregation of funds: Player funds are kept in segregated bank accounts, separate from our day-to-day operational accounts, in line with our stated "medium" level of protection under the UKGC's categorisation.
- Insolvency risk: While segregated, player funds may not be fully protected in the event of insolvency. You acknowledge that, in a winding-up scenario, you may not receive all of your outstanding balance and that the level of protection is not equivalent to a bank deposit guarantee scheme.
Limitation of Liability
Our Obligations
- Reasonable care and skill: The Operator will provide the Website and gambling services with reasonable care and skill, maintain accurate records of Bets and balances, and take reasonable measures to ensure Games operate fairly and in accordance with applicable regulatory standards.
- Regulatory compliance: The Operator will comply with conditions of its licences from the UKGC and, where applicable, the MGA, including requirements for responsible gambling, anti-money laundering, and complaints handling.
Exclusions and Limitations
- No guarantee of uninterrupted service: The Website and Games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will always be corrected immediately.
- Technical failures: We are not liable for losses arising from failures of telecommunications, internet connectivity, hardware or software outside our reasonable control, or for attempts to use the Website with incompatible or outdated hardware or software.
- Indirect loss: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, data, business or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Website or our services.
- Maximum compensation: Our maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single Bet, Game or event, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will not exceed the amount of the stake or Bet you placed on that specific Bet, Game or event.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual Property Rights

- Operator and licensors: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, designs, text, audio and video content, belong to the Operator or its licensors.
- Limited licence to you: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Games solely for lawful personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions
- No copying or distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, transmit or make available to the public any part of the Website or its content, except as expressly permitted by law and only to the extent necessary to use the Website in accordance with these Terms.
- No commercial use: You must not use the Website or any content for commercial purposes, including resale, linking schemes, scraping or data mining, without our prior written consent.
- Third-party content: Games and software provided by third-party suppliers are protected by their own intellectual property rights. You must not infringe those rights and must comply with any applicable end-user licence terms made available with such content.
Privacy & Data Protection
Processing of Personal Data
- Privacy Policy: Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://khip.bet/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how we use and protect your information.
- Regulatory purposes: We process personal data to verify your identity and age, prevent fraud and money laundering, administer your Account, comply with regulatory duties under the UKGC and MGA licences, and provide responsible gambling tools.
- Data subject rights: Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal data. Details of how to exercise these rights and contact our data protection contact point are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Updates and Notifications
- Right to amend: We may modify these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, technical developments, or our business practices.
- Notice of changes: Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance, which may include email notification, account messages, prominent notices or banners on the Website, or requiring you to re-accept the updated Terms when you next log in.
- Effective date: Unless otherwise stated, amendments will take effect from the date specified in the notice, which will not be earlier than 2025 for any newly introduced provisions after the effective date specified in the Introduction.
Your Options
- Acceptance: If you continue to use the Website or place Bets after the updated Terms take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.
- Disagreement: If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Website, close your Account and, subject to compliance checks, may withdraw any withdrawable Real Money Balance in accordance with these Terms.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Rights
- Suspension or closure: We may suspend or close your Account and/or restrict access to the Website where we reasonably suspect that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, money laundering, cheating, bonus abuse, use of prohibited payment methods, self-excluded (including via GamStop) or where required by law or regulatory authorities.
- Regulatory requirements: We may also suspend or close your Account if required to do so by the UKGC, MGA or other competent authority, or where we cease to hold a relevant licence.

- Bonuses: On closure or self-exclusion, any unused Bonuses and outstanding wagering requirements will normally be forfeited unless we are required by law or regulation to act differently.
